We had an emergency, audited by the State Tax Commission, and Squire responded quickly and effectively, which I've grown to expect from them. Typical of the State, they ignored the work done to show that they were in error, but I really appreciated Squire for making the effort.
Squire is very willing to help with any accounting problems you might have. I had a complicated problem with the program itself that required multiple customer service calls, and Barbara at Squire was willing to take the steps needed to get answers. She followed up with me after things were figured out to make sure everything was still working.
I have been a client with Squire for decades. They are awesome to work with, and extremely responsive. I have had other accounting companies through the years, this is one that I know I will stick with.
