They were great! I did a gel removal and giving me acrylics. The lady who did my nails (I didn’t get her name) was great! Removing my gel, she rotated between soaking in acetone and slowly filing it off my nail. She didn’t get aggressive about picking or forcing it off and kept feeling with her fingers to see where some gel remained.
She also made sure I knew what I was asking for especially before she started cutting lengths and got into the process of acrylics and she REALLY knows how to prep a nail without causing heat or discomfort on your nails. I always have amazing service and beautiful nail art from Kevin! He does an amazing job and the rest of the family as well. They're a great shop who remembers your name and cares about their customers. Highly recommend. Be prepared to wait, they're popular and busy!
