Called ahead of time and asked if my insurance was in network, to which they said yes. Took an entire day off to get new glasses, got in early, filled out the paperwork and was casually told my insurance was not in network afterall. Huge waste of time. You'd think an optomotrist office would at least be able to verify insurance.
I got some contacts from this store, but the prescription of my left eye was mistyped which I found out long after trying several of them on with no success, but that’s ok, people make mistakes. So I had to go back and show them, and they sent me enough to refill for the ones that I’d tried on, PLUS another pair! The visit was quick and the man I spoke with was very cordial and considerate.
Honestly, I don't understand why the vision center has 3 stars. We had a fantastic experience from the vision exam to our experience selecting glasses. Gary was fabulous! He helped me find the right glasses that complimented my face shape and skin complexion. He really took the time to hear my concerns and ensure I was completely satisfied with my selection. He made some fabulous recommendations. I'm excited about my purchase and feel confident in what I'll be rocking. Our optometrist was fabulous too. He was very thorough. I highly recommend giving the vision center a try.
