Adam went above and beyond he was very helpful!!
He helped adjust my glasses very precisely!
My glasses arm had broke and he helped replace them with the perfect arms that are designed for sports!! (I've learned to have an extra pair that can get beaten up in sports without compromising my normal glasses.)
He even gave me some extra screws and a bag to hold the arms that I had picked up at dollar tree to try to fix them.
I annoyed talking to him and was touched that he was happy to stay late to finish fixing them. They were very clean after leaving 20 out of 10 customer service
Called ahead of time and asked if my insurance was in network, to which they said yes. Took an entire day off to get new glasses, got in early, filled out the paperwork and was casually told my insurance was not in network afterall. Huge waste of time. You'd think an optomotrist office would at least be able to verify insurance.
I got some contacts from this store, but the prescription of my left eye was mistyped which I found out long after trying several of them on with no success, but that’s ok, people make mistakes. So I had to go back and show them, and they sent me enough to refill for the ones that I’d tried on, PLUS another pair! The visit was quick and the man I spoke with was very cordial and considerate.
