COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I really enjoy going to this store when I need or feel like buying gifts, makeup... Because everything in the store is very clean and organized. Pilar is one of the cashiers I usually see there and she's so wonderful. Very friendly, respectful, sweet and professional at the same time, I love her! Anyway, everything is great EXCEPT! The pharmacy. This pharmacy is not good at all when it comes to getting the medications I need EVERY DAY OF THE MONTH (without exception) and most of the time they're out of stock. The pharmacy here is just so bad. It takes forever... both inside and the drive thru. Despite my doctor sending in my prescription numerous times as well as calling it in, they never have it ready as they always give the excuse they they're too behind, too busy, and haven't gotten to it yet. It's so frustrating and they never seem to take any accountability that it's their fault.
