I just finished Structural Integration. It was the most informative and interesting thing I’ve ever done! I loved how specific it was, and how much time we had together to work on trouble areas. I’ve noticed a significant decrease in pain during my day to day life. Penny was kind, fun, helpful, and very knowledgeable in her craft. You can tell she really enjoys helping people. Penny is a miracle worker!! I have been dealing with rotated hips and back issues for about 16yrs now. I’ve been using chiropractic work, exercise and emotional healing to resolve it. Recently the chiropractic adjustments were not keeping their place I knew there was something deeper to address. Fascia?? Muscular?? Soon after I learned about Penny’s work in structural integration through a close friend that found great results! I was familiar with rolfing and actually did a few sessions with a practitioner a few years ago but wasn’t able to complete the sessions due to a move. I recently completed a 10-week structural integration series with Penny, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the process and guided me through each session with confidence and care.
Penny not only did excellent hands-on work, but she also gave me helpful exercises to do between sessions, which made a huge difference in my progress. By the end of the series, I feel noticeably stronger, more balanced, and better aligned in my body.
If you’re considering structural integration or bodywork, Penny is fantastic. I’m so grateful for the experience and results!
