i have been doing this since last year because of my Best friend and sister Rachel Caroline Fierro put me back up on the horse and i need to work on is to get out from my comfort zone but i think is good because i think it is okay to feel safe and protected and secure and also that i need to feel my feelings and emotions but i do become like a fountain of water or a firework but now how can i do this in karate to as well and i can be like a armadillo that is my secret animal and how can i face fear when it is hard and difficult to face my fear i don't know how to do that when i have been falling down
