Todd was available immediately and showed up sooner than expected which was perfect. He did a great job of switching out all our switches in our newly remodeled basement and did it fast .

He not only diagnosed our immediate issue, he also advised us about the condition/potential issues with all of the components (it's an old furnace).
He took the time to lay out several repair options, from just fixing our immediate problem through several different price options to repair/replace some or all of the other issues.
