Avery & Sons Plumbing did a great job. don t get pushed into expensive upsells from other plumbers. i have an older home in Orem with aging pipes and outdated plumbing parts, and i had a shower faucet leak that kept getting worse. Other companies told me i needed a full valve body replacement and talked about opening the shower wall, replacing the whole setup, and charging a lot more than needed. Instead, Nolan checked the plumbing carefully, found the real problem with the stems and cartridges, and fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. My water heater had a small leak, so I called Avery & Sons Plumbing because it had been serviced before. The person on the phone was very friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. She explained that the unit might need a replacement and gave me a clear exact price for a new water heater right away. She also said the plumber would first check whether it could be repaired, and if not, bring a new water heater just in case so the job could be completed without delay. I really appreciated the honest approach and the willingness to try a repair first instead of pushing a full replacement like other plumbing companies I contacted.
We thought we had a major plumbing emergency, and a team was at our home in Orem within about an hour of our call. Nolan and Landon were excellent to work with.
