Thank you, Avery & Sons Plumbing for a great plumbing experience. We switched from our old 40 gallon water heater tanks in the attic to a tankless Navien system, and we are very happy with the results. Geoffrey and the crew made the whole process simple and stress free. It was clear they are skilled plumbing professionals who know tankless water heater installs very well. They treated our home with care, answered every question, and were thorough and detail focused from start to finish. The installation was clean, well organized, and done with real attention to the plumbing work. They were honest, easy to work with, and did not waste time pushing extra service plans we...read full review
I found a leaking water heater and called a local plumber in Orem after seeing great reviews. In less than 24 hours, Ross arrived, checked everything carefully, and explained the problem in simple terms. The best fix was replacing the bad water heater, and the whole install was done properly in about three hours. The price for the water heater replacement was also much lower than I expected, so I was very pleased. I would definitely...read full review
Nolan showed up right on time, worked hard, and left the area very clean when the job was done. It was refreshing to work with a plumber who stayed focused, explained the pricing clearly, and charged a fair amount without adding extra costs. We have called Avery & Sons Plumbing for several repair jobs and urgent service needs, and each time the work has been reliable and professional. I would highly recommend them for plumbing, heating, and AC service. The follow-up call to make sure everything was working well and that we were satisfied showed real care and strong customer service. We were very impressed with the overall experience.
