We hired Thoro-Clene to do our mother in laws house after reading reviews, reading comments people left on private Facebook posts in neighbor groups, and looking at the before/afters of their work. Thoro-Clene was literally recommended by everyone, and I liked how they can do more than just clean the carpet (restrench carpet/replace padding/clean couches/clean tile/etc), even though we didn't need those services. John did an exceptional job, making sure to get every bit of carpet multiple times. He was careful around all of her grandfather clocks, grand piano, and other expensive decor. He was patient and let us move furniture to clean the entire room and not just high traffic areas. We are so impressed with them that we will be having them do our house, too!
We had a need for carpet stretching/ cleaning and upholstery cleaning for our main living area and our in-home rental. Jason came out and was very professional and thorough in his evaluation / estimates. Oscar was our technician the day of the service and his demeanor and work skills were excellent. The work was accomplished within the timeframe expected and the results are fabulous! We would highly recommend Thoro-Clene to prospective customers and will be calling on Jason and his team in the future for our carpet needs.
