Dennis is thoughtful and meticulous and made sure our stair runner was perfect! Alex was super helpful when choosing the right carpet. The entire experience was great and we’ll be using Big Carpet again soon to replace our upstairs carpet.
I chose Big Carpet because the area I live in (North Idaho) no longer sold the flooring I needed to finish my project. They walked me through the online purchasing and made the process a lot less daunting than I was expecting. My flooring took a couple of weeks to arrive from the manufacturer and Big Carpet’s customer service was always very quick to respond with any questions I had. They even checked in with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with my shipment. I highly recommend. If I ever need anything flooring related again I won’t hesitate to contact them!
Had a great experience from start to finish with Dennis & Chris owner’s of Big Carpet. We had a bit unusual job in that we needed to replace the carpets in our RV which involved our slides and carpet around a box of our bed. Dennis took his time paid attention to details and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this owner operated company!!!
