From the start, this company was amazing. We were under a tight timeframe to get our next tenants into our commercial space and we needed our flooring redone. I called Big Carpets and every single person I dealt with from the office staff to the owner, Dennis delivered in every way possible. Don’t hesitate to do business with this company! I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
Dennis the owner was very professional and responsive to any concerns and needs from the time I first walked into his business and even after the install when some of the trim came loose he arranged to have his installer return to fix it. Overall great customer service.
