What impressed me most was their responsiveness and willingness to help, even at the last minute. We realized we needed additional items like garbage cans, and they stepped in immediately without hesitation. Their customer service is exceptional, their turnaround is fast, and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality they provide.

We used Sunny Side for a backyard party of 50 people in Huntsville. We wanted to use a local company and were glad we did. They were prompt with delivering and picking up, and the tables, chairs and linens were quality as expected. The only challenge we had was with prompt communication but that's because they had a busy week of events. Once we were able to connect, everything went great! Definitely recommend! Go local!
