Ac went out called and they came right out diagnosed the problem got the part I needed and had me back up and running fast friendly service very professional and know what there doing Would definitely recommendServices: A/C system maintenance

We have 2 restaurants that this company always helps us with when we have refrigeration issues that my hubbie has no time to fix. They are always responsive and always get the job done in a timely fashion. Mahalo Subzero!

Lesson learned, DON'T CALL SUBZERO AGAIN! They are rude, cannot backup their work, offer horrible customer service and cannot be trusted. I tried to support another local business, but I should have moved on a long time ago. Every time this company has repaired a piece of refrigeration, I had to call them back out a few days later to fix it again. The last repair was no different but this time I challenged the first repair. The office lady, Jolene had the repairman, Skip call my phone. He was belligerent and defensive from the start.
