I just had the best experience with Roto-Rooter. Our kitchen drain was really backed up. Nothing was helping and the weekend was looming. I called and they got us in less than an hour after my call. Zach came out, explained all the options and got to work asap! It was really nasty, but he worked out the clog and flushed the drain. Plus, there is a six month guarantee. Problem solved!! So grateful for such a fast, professional service! Thank you Zach!!!
Zach was amazing. He took time on a holiday to come out and make sure we were taken care of. He took extra time to double check our main line was cleared, so we wouldn’t be left without plumbing for the night. He did a fantastic job!
I was impressed by Roto-Rooter’s ability to come out the same day I called them. Zachary came out mid morning to scope out and clean my basement drain/sewer line. He kept me routinely up to date on what the issue was, what he was doing, the cost and what could be done in the future should my drain clog ever again. Would call Roto and Zachary out again.
