We have a 100 year old powder room toilet. Five other plumbers threw up their hands, including all of the “big guys” and tried to upsell us to a whole new powder room. Pitcher Plumbing fixed the problem and never tried to upsell us. Jake was on time, fastidious and friendly. And he fixed the problem.
These guys were great. Our hot water heater went out. They were here in a few hours and within 2 hours we had a new hot water heater and are good to go. Their prices are extremely reasonable. In addition, they are personable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend their services.
Please do not waste your time dealing with big corporate plumbing companies. Pitcher Plumbing was unbelievably good at resolving my issues for MUCH less than their competitors, and they were ten times more transparent. No fear tactics and no BS upselling. Jake was outstanding, I can’t recommend this team enough!!!
