the machines are always working and in clean order. I love the large capacity washers n dryers. Janis is the attendant most days when I go she is always cleaning and friendly to everyone. she even helps me carry my stuff to my car so I don't have to do multiple trips she's a hard worker.

I love O-Town!! Everytime I have come in the building is clean and in great repair and the staff is amazing! Janice is so friendly and super helpful!! My husband tried a different laundry mat and we immediately left and came straight to O-Town (if only he listened when I first suggested it haha) I can’t say enough good things about this place!!
