Dress supposedly dry cleaned , picked up creased, doesn't hang right, shrunk, can't zip up, wore 2 weeks ago and it was perfect, I think they washed it, also cost $15, never again.

Never used a dry cleaner, first try. They left a note saying they couldn't remove my stain... Perfectly removed, didn't care about the spot checks. I was most upset when my ribbon to my costume was missing, but when my spouse went back the next morning to ask about it they handed it to him and apologized that it wasn't given back yesterday. I was so stressed about the ribbon I was going to give a low rating.
