About Nail and Spa By Brian
Nail and Spa By Brian continues to receive mixed reviews from customers. Some experiences highlight significant issues with customer service, including reports of rudeness and a lack of attention to appointments. One customer expressed frustration over a long wait time despite making an appointment, which led them to decide against returning. However, there are many positive experiences as well. Customers have praised the quality of acrylic nails and the staff's attention to detail. For instance, Jenny was noted for being super sweet and fulfilling requests without hard selling products. Clients have commented on the clean stations and gentle, efficient technicians, who were patient with their requests. While some have mentioned that the salon can feel rushed, others have found their nails to always turn out cute. Lillian, in particular, has been highlighted for her technique, which makes nails last longer. Overall, opinions vary widely, with some appreciating the nail services while others feel dissatisfied with the service aspect.
