I called Bachman plumbing about a clogged toliet. They had an appointment the same day. My brother had tried several things to fix the clog but nothing was working. Bachman sent Brandon to help. Got an appt the next day for a water heater that needed to be replaced. He came out and confirmed it did need replaced, had one with him and installed it right then and then installed a dishwasher we had just had delivered and asked him about installation. Excellent!!! Customer service is phenomenal!! Only down side is they are expensive, the other quote I had was almost half the cost but they didn't seem to want to actually do the job. We got the 10 year warranty which covers everything so I'm happy we won't need to worry about it for at least 10 years and I trust they'll honor their work.
