The location of the cemetery drew us to the Ogden mortuary. Once we met with the funeral director, we found that he was thorough and kind and no pressure. Then the day arrived to use the pre-planned service. Again the funeral director was thoughtful and helped through the process. The day of the funeral Lori even noticed the difficulty I had entering/exiting the vehicle and she went out of her way to accommodate me.
Words can’t express how grateful I am for these amazing staff members. I highly recommend them. I lost my sweet mom to brain cancer and was very nervous to see her diseased for the first time. When I went to her dressing with my sisters and aunts, Craig made sure to fully explain what was going to happen and acknowledged we would have strong emotions and it was okay to have them. Craig and josh were so respectful during the dressing and guided us so well. The viewing and funeral itself was phenomenal. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my family.
