When a loved one passes its surely never easy, when however that loved one lives 7 time zones away then you truly rely on the professionalism and humanity of those that are taking care of something so precious on the ground. Our father passed with dignity and Jesse, Tammy & the good folks at Aaron's mortuary most kindly ensured that his final path continued with the same. Thank you all from afar, truly.
We just had a simple cremation done. The people were professional, courteous and respectful. The cost was far below that of other mortuaries and I highly recommend them.
Both Jesse and Tammy were compassionate and kind throughout all the steps in planning my daughter's funeral and cremation. They were very accommodating, especially since we had divorced parents and the situation was a bit complicated. They were understanding and sympathetic. The service was nice, although the place is older and didn't have water during the service. If those are things you want, I would suggest bringing them yourself, as the cost is less than other funeral homes.
