Absolutely incredible service! My kids had their keys stolen while we were at the gym, and the owner of Key Man Lock and Safe went so far above and beyond that I’m still blown away. He left his own workout, drove back to his shop to get what he needed, then returned late at night just to make sure my kids were taken care of and safe.
Not only did he save the day, he did it with kindness, professionalism, and zero hesitation, he met me with humility and would not accept a tip. That kind of dedication is almost unheard of anymore. I bought the wrong key online for my car, so I had to but one from the store but the lady was kind enough to machine mine for free. So at least it will start but the remote could not open it.They had pop corn for the short wait. Very good customer service.

I was at a complete loss on what to do. I had lost the only key to my vehicle. I called the dealership and the process to get a new key through them was overwhelming. Someone referred to me to the Keyman, so I stopped in. Petra the office manager explained to me what I needed to provide them to get a key. There were some hiccups through the process because of the information the dealer provided. But the Keyman's team figured it out and I was driving my car by that afternoon with a few keys to spare. I would definitely recommend using the Keyman for all your auto and home key needs. Great people to work with!
