A wonderful establishment that inspires movement and flexibility, perfect for all fitness levels.
We had the most amazing time at Kairos, Ogden!! My friends and I took two classes with Kara- black light class and circus circuit and they were both so so fun. The black light choreography was so good and the energy Kara brought was contagious while the circus circuit kicked us into shape! We came from out of state and the studio felt like we were home, I can’t recommend Kairos enough!
I participated in a pole and lap dancing class with our instructor Kara. She was the absolute best, she worked will all body types and made everyone feel amazing! 100% recommend!!!!
Kairos is definitely the place to go if you want to get some exercise in a unique and super fun way. Every instructor that I’ve met has been so kind and welcoming and supportive, including the amazing owner! This place has basically become a second home for me. Highly recommend!!
