Gained a lifelong customer! My dad had previously had his Redwings re-soled here and after 2 years they are still holding up well. So I figured I’d give it a shot and wow my Thorogoods are brand spanking new. Took about a week for the re-sole and he cleaned and oiled them as well. Top tier craftsmanship from Dirk. I’ll definitely be back and spreading the word.
Super friendly and equally important... really good at repairing shoes! I took some BMW motorcycle boots to several different shops and all of them refused to help, saying it was too hard. Jack's repaired the torn and heavily damaged boot, surpassed my expectations, and saved me a bunch of money. I highly recommend Jack's Shoe Repair!
Came in to get the heel of my boot repaired and they were able to do it very quickly and for a very reasonable price, and my boots look at good as new.
