Reed did a great job! I was just transferring my components from one case to a bigger one and swapped a motherboard. I thought it would be a simple switch given multiple sources I had stated everything was compatible and I had enough ports for everything and all the right cables. Those sources were all wrong. And it turned out to be hell moving everything over and I spent too much time on moving things and being unsure if it was correct. I'm super relieved I was recommended InVision. My laptop suddenly stopped working because of a hardware failure (my C drive wouldn’t repair). I took my laptop to a few other repair shops, but they all said it would take hours just to diagnose the issue, and honestly, none of them really listened to what I was saying.
And then I went InVision Computers, and it was a completely different experience. The store tech, Reed, actually listened to me, took a quick look of my laptop, and right away figured out what was wrong. He was also the only tech who gave me a fair quote and even suggested I check with my warranty insurance before paying for repairs.
