I did some shopping around trying to find the right computer repair place and I was disappointed by what I found. Then I stopped in this shop and I felt like every aspect of the service was what it should be. The owner was knowledgeable, smart, and friendly. He was actually very informative but not in a pushy or rude way some people who work in tech can be. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and the quote he gave when he actually took a look at my device was lower than the price he quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend this computer repair shop.

My laptop screen broke unexpectedly. I was referred to Reed. When I showed up he quickly set up my account to order a new screen. He was upfront and honest in all cost, fair to other places that would try to make you spend more money. It took about a week to fix my screen (considering shipping a new screen to him it was very quick)When I got it it was noticeably cleaner he said he cleaned it! He also showed me a few more little things to make my computer more adaptable. I will be back for all of my other technical issues!

Reed Guthrie help me fix my gaming build when I was completely lost on the matter. Took him one business to figure out what was wrong and fix the issue, with an unbeatable price. Highly recommend and would go to no one else.
