What can I say, you are all short changing yourselves if you don't use these folks. A year ago I was writing a grant for our city & three days before it was to be submitted my computer suddenly died & everything for the grant was my hard drive. Literally and desperately, I searched for computer stores & came across InVision Computers which was the closest to our home. When I called, Reed answered & after describing my plight he said to bring it in. I did some shopping around trying to find the right computer repair place and I was disappointed by what I found. Then I stopped in this shop and I felt like every aspect of the service was what it should be. The owner was knowledgeable, smart, and friendly. He was actually very informative but not in a pushy or rude way some people who work in tech can be. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and the quote he gave when he actually took a look at my device was lower than the price he quoted me over the phone. I highly recommend this computer repair shop.
My laptop screen broke unexpectedly. I was referred to Reed. When I showed up he quickly set up my account to order a new screen. He was upfront and honest in all cost, fair to other places that would try to make you spend more money. It took about a week to fix my screen (considering shipping a new screen to him it was very quick)When I got it it was noticeably cleaner he said he cleaned it! He also showed me a few more little things to make my computer more adaptable. I will be back for all of my other technical issues!
