We were suggested 2 inspectors by our amazing realtor. Texted both and inspector tony responded in minutes!! Brenda gave us Easy clear pricing, excellent timeline and excellent quick answers. Ethan was our inspector he was extremely honest with a couple of small issues vs the things that sounded scary but we're really minor. Now to the report Holy cow checked the vents with thermal imaging, got on the roof in 30 degree rainy weather( brave guy) check functionality of every appliance. Will 100% recommend everyone use inspector tony and Ethan. Thank you for helping us feel comfortable with our dream ❤️
