About Higher Ground Hot Yoga
Higher Ground Hot Yoga is a heated yoga studio that offers a wide range of classes, including 26+2 (formerly Bikram), Advanced, Vinyasa, Yin, Yinyasa, Ashtanga, and specialty classes. The studio is located above a coffee shop, with a design that features stones, plants, crystals, and a generally positive atmosphere. The teachers at Higher Ground Hot Yoga are described as excellent and friendly, providing helpful tips to students. While some classes, like Vinyasa, tend to be heavily attended by regulars, the studio's main challenge seems to be managing the number of students in the space, as some have complained about feeling overcrowded during busier sessions. The studio offers an unlimited $50 pass, and reviewers have noted the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the availability of showers. Overall, Higher Ground Hot Yoga is praised for its sense of community and the quality of its classes, though the issue of overcrowding is a concern that the studio may need to address.
I have come so far because of Higher Ground Hot Yoga. I feel like I wasn’t a very nice person when I started. People can tell that I am more happy, my aura shines.
I am proud that I have come this far mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is all because of Higher Ground Hot Yoga. I have also become a lot more flexible as well! Which I am EXTREMELY thankful for! I am noticing a lot more that is out there in the world. 🦋

Truly enjoy the classes I have taken here . Hot yoga has always been a form for my mind , body and soul to focus on my internal and external being.
You do need to arrive 20-30 mins before prime time classes 5, or 6 O’clock times . Classes are packed . Worth going
Classes are awesome! And so are the instructors, but the classes are too full. I feel like you’re always stacked up on each other and not able to practice fully due to needing to stay tight on your mat. When your neighbors sweat puddle starts to soak into your own yoga mat, it’s just too close. If they could cap and put limits on class sizes, I would give them 5 stars!
