Fresh Ducts does incredible work and has taken great care of customers. The technicians are friendly and arrived on time. They did an excellent job and the difference in the home is very noticeable. One customer had a great experience with Garrett, who came out to do the cleaning. He was 10 minutes early, explained his process before he started, cleaned up at every air duct, answered questions, and asked if there were any concerns before he left. He was very knowledgeable and kept the customer informed along the way. The company’s pricing seemed very fair compared to other places. After the service, one customer changed filters and made a rookie mistake, leaving the furnace on, which resulted in debris getting sucked in. Fresh Ducts came back out and fixed the issue within hours of the call at no cost. Russ is an awesome person who cares about getting things done right and taking care of folks. He did a free duct inspection and was so honest and quick, diagnosing a probable cause of obstruction on the AC unit itself. He saved the customer a ton of money and hassle. These guys are wonderful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
We were happy with Trevor's professional work in cleaning our dryer vent. This is the first time we have had this type of service completed and he did an excellent job. He was able to show us how much lint was in the vent and helped us understand how often we should be doing this service.
Trevor was kind and friendly and we would have Fresh Ducts come again.
Great Service -

Needs more training on Service—
The guy that came out to give us a quote seemed like he was new and needed more training so that he felt more comfortable with his product, company policies and process.
I received my quote through email & clicked the acceptance button. it gave me acknowledgement pop-up that someone would contact me to schedule but I had to wait several days...read full review
