This is for the owner to see. This place is waiting to go out of business. I wouldn’t use your services. Every time I pass by the door the staff is right outside the door smoking, which isn’t a huge gripe for me but not professional looking. All the staff I’ve seen look pretty unprofessional. The worst being the kid with the braids. Huge chip on his shoulder is an understatement, and definitely driving business away. Every time you look at him he’s looking at you like he’s looking for fight. Super unfriendly. Hopefully you retrain your staff. Professional clothes and smiles would go a long way. I had a similar experience as the other reviewers. The items were pressed beautifully. But there were some “crusty” spots that should have been taken care of and a spot that sort of looked bleached- very minor in the back of my son’s suit coat. That could just be a boy stain. I don’t feel the need to take them back or complain, but I’ll probably test out other dry cleaners in the meantime.

Dress supposedly dry cleaned , picked up creased, doesn't hang right, shrunk, can't zip up, wore 2 weeks ago and it was perfect, I think they washed it, also cost $15, never again.
