Scott and his crew did a great job. We had an exterior stucco wall and interior building damaged caused by a driver who lost control of his automobile. The advantage of using a business like Certified is they handle all of the communication and coordination with sub-contractors (or their people) and the city (for permits, if needed). Their work quality is high--we are satisfied and pleased with results.
The only downside is it's quite expensive. Repairs are often (if not exclusively) paid by insurance--so we consumers don't feel the primary impact, but instead indirectly through insurance premiums The Crux: insurance pays now, we pay later.

We had a leak which damaged one of our rooms in the basement. Decided to call Certified Disaster Services purely based on the ratings. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and their teams. Kurt and Wyatt and all their respective teams turned a truly stressful and messy situation into a fantastic experience. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. The cleanup was done fast and efficiently (thanks Kurt!). Getting everything back to normal was also fast, and the work made our room even better than before (thanks Wyatt!). Hopefully we are never in a situation like this again, but if we are, these guys are on speed dial.
Mike and Brennon did an amazing job! They were professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job fixing my drywall, and Mike was so kind and helped me with an issue I was having with my shower that wasn’t part of the job. They went above and beyond! Very grateful!
