Photos turned out great am very happy with them. The process of paying online, getting the school code and no option to call for assistance, only email - having to wait for a response, was a little frustrating. But again, was very happy with the photos.
the photos always come out very nice but after paying for my yearbook photo they gave me the wrong background. i think they should double check before actually giving out the photos we paid for
My daughter’s photos had a very strange artifact on her hair. When I wrote about my dissatisfaction on Google, the owner immediately got back to me and made it right. He made sure the photos were printed without the defect and sent me a new digital download and express mailed me the new prints. Great customer service!!!
