What an amazing company! We got a bundle rental (water slide, cotton candy maker, sno-cone machine) for our daughter's birthday party. The process to rent it was super simple, they reached out multiple times before the party, and called the day before with the exact time they would be there to set everything up! That's the other reason they rock! They set up the bounce house (or water slide inflatable in our case) and any add-ons (those you need to run yourself, but they give you a copy of the instructions.
