Spent over $5,000, such…. terrible…. quality….I could’ve built it myself for $500. None of the wood is the same color, it is incredibly cheaply stapled together that it was already falling apart out of the box. The wood splits and snaps with the even the lightest pressure. Even when you pre drill a hole, the wood will still snap. I actually was surprised I had to drill my own holes. When you spend over 5 grand you would think the wood would come pre-drilled. Even IKEA sells their furniture with pre-drilled holes. The quality is not worth the sky-high prices they demand. IKEA also sells their products with directions that make sense. You are left to your own devices on this assembly. I do not recommend wasting your money with this.

The wine rack was the perfect addition to a brick chimney in the kitchen! It’s one of my favorite accessories for the renovation!.

I paid extra for mahogany wood, stain, and satin finish and was expecting a nicer piece of furniture. What I got was pitted wood, uneven stain and not a finished piece of furniture. It seems sturdy enough but go with cheapest wood in unfinished because your wasting your money on upgrades.

Great product, customizable, allows you to build your wine cellar the way you want. Called customer service with a few questions and they were excellent. Overall a great experience.

The wine racks are great. Not too bad putting together. 4/5 stars given 'cuz the stickers that are applied over the screw heads are cheap looking.

Impressive. Dependable. Prompt. And, accurate. I needed wine racks to put inside a large (not being used) closet. I know the trend is for large, open wine rooms, but I simply wanted private storage. Wine Racks America are the best!

The staff at WRA was very friendly and understanding of the personalized project we were requesting. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and understanding and communicated very well as we went thru design to fabrication. We are very happy with the results, great job Jeremy and WRA.
