This company scammed me! I chose them because they were “Google Guaranteed” but they charged nearly $900 in cash only for a vehicle lockout! Their technician ensured me that $740 of the cost would be covered by my insurance - but the invoice they provided has no information about my car so insurance can’t confirm the service occurred so they can’t move forward with the reimbursement. Infuriatingly, I have contacted my technician multiple to update the invoice and have received no response. When you call the technician or the mainline, it goes automatically to voicemail. This is a scam!! Inquire about a price before having someone come help. I was charged $500 for the locksmith to open my car door. He also took photos of my ID.If you call the local police, sometimes they have the tools you need to open your car for free.
The technician they sent out was so sketchy and scary. I’m so happy my husband was home. They also didn’t tell anything about service call fee or LABOR without performing anything. The guy was literally trying to rip us off and we told him we don’t want him to do anything after 2 min and he tried to charge us for service fee (which is ok if he told us before hand) AND LABOR. the guy was so sketchy and honestly so scary. I’m a bit shaken now. The company he owns and operates was called “Hod locksmith services” BEWARE.
