Had to go to three different places before I ended up at Mac’s— they were really fast, professional, and had what I needed! Going to skip the guessing game at other places to see if they have what I need and go straight here next time. ???

The employees that helped us was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We had an old key that another place was unable to copy. We were able to buy a new original key. I would definitely recommend Mac's Lock & Key, especially if you have special circumstances.

I went in to get a battery for a key for my mom's car. The man there saw the board inside key was loose, so he told me he would try soldering it for me. He had it working in about 20 minutes! It was only a little over $20.00, instead of having to buy a new key. Finally a excellent customer service experience for a change.
