Mark diagnosed, ordered the parts and repaired my GE washing machine. Excellent service. He explained why my transmission wore out and how to fix the issue from happening again - don't overload the washer. I have used Famous Applicance Service for years now, I will continue to use their services.

Once I contacted them they got an appointment set up right away and they found that a part had to be ordered. As soon as it came in, I was contacted and repair was made the next day. Elliott Hansen is who repaired my dryer, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. The only part of the experience that I would make a negative comment about is the cost but, he didn't set that.
