This is my 1st time dealing with this company. They were awesome. About a month ago I ordered sample landscape glass to make sure that was the color I wanted. 1 month later I ordered 150 pounds of the landscape glass.When the order came in it was the wrong color. I ended up talking with Michelle Ackerman. I explained my situation and sent the pictures of the sample glass and pictures of the glass I received in my big order.The next day I received an email telling me they apologized for the mix up and would be sending me 150 pounds of the correct landscape glass for free.I want to thank Michelle and the whole team at American Specialty Glass for getting this resolved so...read full review

While visiting my daughter in Utah, I decided to drop by the place as we wanted glass to replace shredded bark that broke down. Was able to see all the colors to choose from. Very helpful, especially with shipping. Product left Utah and was at my house in less than 4 days. Beats buying smaller bags of glass from large hardware store. Even with shipping, it was ca lot cheaper. Look at website to see color, but call to get best options on shipping. People walking the neighborhood stop and take pictures. Looks great and should last longer than shredded bark. Thanks for all your help!
