I want to start off by saying most of the Nurses were AMAZING. BUT she was not treated the way she should have been. We had to make sure day by day that her appointments were made. On holidays I was a fight to get someone here to change my Mom's Wound Vac, On one holiday the Nurse that was off for the day was called and told he had to come to her house while off with his Family (Totally Unacceptable in my Book) It should have never been my Mom's responsibility to make sure that they had a Nurse coming out her to attend to her. They stated multipole times they were not given any orders, so I had to start having them give them to me a the same time they sent it in. The 1st wound vac we got was defective & they just kept making excuse after excuse as to why it wouldn't work. I called them one night in the middle of the night cause the machine would not stop beeping, THEY TOLD ME TO JUST TURN IT OFF TELL MORNING!! WTF?? I called the 800 number for 3M, they ran me through all kinds of tests on the Machine & that is how we found out it was defective. 3M personally came out & replaced the Machine & told us that the one she had was defective. When it came to ordering supplies it was horrible, It was so bad that the Wound Clinic wanted us to change Home Health Companies, But it was hard enough to get nurses that My Mom was comfortable with. It took months to get supplies coming in correctly. When it came to Physical Therapy I questioned why they were only coming in once a week & was told that was all she needed. Some weeks they didn't even come at all. Some days they would only be here for 5 minutes at a time. There were never any goals set for my Mom to achieve. We are almost 1 year since her Surgery and she is still struggling to get better. She is worse now than before her Surgery needless to say she has never been given any Goals to work towards let alone someone to give her the Guidance she should have had since day one. This was the most frustrating place to ever work with!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!! The HELL MY MOM WENT THROUGH WAS NOT FAIR!!!

I had a great experience with VALEO. Slava was amazing and helped me so much with my knee replacement. I looked forward to her visits 3 times a week. She was always on time, friendly and very positive.. She knew how to cheer me up when I felt discouraged, reminding me that I was progressing perfectly. She pushed me enough to make me want to work harder. Because of her I was able to rock my outpatient therapy! Ask for Slava. You won’t be disappointed. She was so great!

Off to a very rocky start. Hospice started on day my mother left the hospital. Hospice was supposed to meet us here with a nurse and oxygen, but left us with Noone and no oxygen. Hospital trasport guy had to wait for me to call these guys and wait for them to bring the oxygen they promised would be here before the arred. Nurse never showed and my mom is without medication.

Nurse late first day. Physical therapist no showed. Not enough staff apparently. Not my problem. Will not recommend them at all. And will inform the doctor that recommended them to choose someone else in the future.

Valeo was so good to accept my husband as a new home health care patient on such short notice so that we could get discharged. The intake process was a piece of cake thanks to Barbara,RN. We love the communication that they provided us. They checked in often to see how things were going and if we needed anything when it wasn’t their scheduled time to come. The therapy assistance was amazing to come and see what needs he had to get him back on his feet. We knew we were in good hands because they came in last year when my mother was on Hospice. They are very caring providers.

I had the best experience with Valeo Home Health.I was struggling with balance issues, having trouble with coordination and memory. My neurologist referred me to Valeo for physical, occupational and speech therapy after having a stroke and then being diagnosed with Parkinson's.Each individual I had dealings with treated me with so much kindness and respect.Ryan was my speech therapist, Alisa, occupational therapist and Kristine, physical therapist. Each one helped me understand what I was going through, thank you. Kristine found ways to challenge me and I truly appreciated her.If the need for services come up again Valeo will be who I call. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone I've met (at the house) or even just spoken with on the phone has been quite personable, and businesslike. Even though my mother is their actual patient, all of them have taken time to answer my questions and address my concerns as her caregiver/POA.
