Five years later and I still love my floor!
I had the best experience buying our wood flooring from these guys. Spencer (sales) and Nick(production ) were absolutely the best to work with. Both professional and happy to help in anyway they could. I came in only knowing I wanted solid wood flooring. Spencer showed us around and explained the types of woods and their process of the prefinished floors. They allow you to take home as many samples as you want. Once we decided on the wood type we came in for a stain party with Nick. Nick is the sweetest and kindest guy to work with for your flooring. I was struggling getting exactly the stain color I had in my head. Nick worked with me on mixing and trying so many options. He even came in on a Sunday so he could spend the time with me to get what I wanted. He never got impatient or irritated with me. I was so impressed how I got VIP treatment from start to finish They truly cared that I got exactly what I wanted. And I did! I just love my hickory floors! .The woca oil rubbed floors look so beautiful! Thank you Spencer and Nick, you guys are the best!! Btw. Nick even called to check in on me a few months after they were installed to see how all was going and if I had any questions on the care of them. I highly recommend Wood Floor Warehouse to any one looking for wood flooring. (Ps. I can’t seem to upload a picture of our beautiful hickory floors. This herring bone floor is not ours. Don’t know why it is attached to my post.)
