AC went out at the same time I had water heater issues. Scott Hale was there within hours for both! Cody checked out and fixed the water pressure and heating problems. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Shea helped figure out the AC problem quick and though it wasn’t favorable he gave me the information needed to ultimately decide I needed a new unit. Within 24 hours Tyler installed the unit and the home issues were resolved. Thanks Scott Hale!
Last night, Emmanuel Savala came to our townhouse to diagnose and repair our air conditioning. Emmanuel checked out every component and connection before finally identifying a part that had failed. Even though it was late in the evening, Emmanuel doggedly continued his efforts to ensure the system was fixed and working properly. We also appreciated that he explained what he was doing each step of the way.
Their tech (Eddie) and work and know-how and pricing were all absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't be happier and more grateful for the excellent job they did on replacing my sump pump, cleaning everything up, making sure it was up to code, appropriate for the house, everything. And the price was 60% of the other guys, I saved thousands! I'm so, SO pleased; will definitely call Scott Hale Plumbing again!!
