I had a terrible second experience trying to get in for imaging with Rayus Radiology. A family member had been in the Heart & Lung Center ICU and was taken such great care of by the staff there that I decided to use IHC after my Rayus experience. Although it was a bit of a back and forth communication match to get approved through my personal insurance and get my imaging orders verified from my neurosurgeon, I was finally able to set an appointment with IHC's Radiology department. The 10th floor staff at the towers are first class. The nurses checked on me almost every hour, and answered all my questions.Hilda, Kenna, Sam, Jackie, and all the staff from both day and night shift were totally amazing people and took very good care of me.Despite staffing shortages, this department is very well organized and appears to have great leadership.

The staff was very communicative and responsive. The experience was a good one, I'd switch insurance carriers to one that is in network for standard care if I could. I was there for specialized procedure that allowed for an exception this time.
