I went in for my first perm a few weeks ago. The consultation was quick, and I showed a few inspo photos. It was easy to schedule appointments, so I came in the next week for my perm!
The customer service was good, they offered drinks and snacks, as well as a super tasty ice tea, and were very kind and quick with my service.
They gave me advice afterward and sent me on my way. I was nervous at first because the curls were tighter than I anticipated. But after a wash or two they relaxed and look great, and I don’t need to touch my hair in between washes.
