After declining to have my eyes dilated he repeatedly brought it up as if to gas light or guilt trip me. I could not get out of that exam fast enough. I will not be returning of he's the dr im required to see. Everyone else in the store was amazing, friendly and helpful.“

“Dr West is the most competent eye doctor I've ever had. I have complex eyes with a very high prescription and he is the only one I have found that can get my prescription correct. I have been to other doctors, once when my insurance changed and then again when I moved out of town, and the other doctors couldn't even get my prescription close to what it was supposed to be. Now, no matter what insurance I have I will still go to Dr. West. I told him at my last visit that he was never allowed to retire!!
