Great experience. Bought a Juki 8700 from Daines and had it shipped to Montana. The machine was fully assembled and well packaged - he did an awesome job! And he provided some tips before I made the purchase. Super smooth and happy. Thanks Daines!

Ordered 3 different bobbins on Amazon that were supposed to fit my machine. Did hours of research online and wound up with a broken bobbin case and about 35 bobbins that didn’t fit. Less than 5 minutes on the phone and they got me the exact stuff I needed, it arrived the next day, and IT ALL FITS!!! Definitely going to be my go-to place!

Ben and Matthew have been incredible to work with. I have bought a handful of machines over the years, and the support from Daines has always been top notch - they've gotten me out of more than a few pickles over the years.
