It was good, I bought a 2011 and it had some recalls and they got it handled. It was a bit of a cercus because of the circumstances, it was longer to fix then we assumed and the car had to sit the night. My situation, I'd give 3 Stars. But as for the people and bmw themselves 5 start, treated me great, helping me with anything I needed. And respected when I decided other repairs. That was above and beyond amazing, they still recommend them but didn't push them and I love them for that. If your car is in the shop please request Jan lukac (Yan Loo-kahch). So nice and is so amazing.

Took a 330e in for drivetrain malfunction. Determined to be the auxiliary 12v battery low CCA and needing replaced. Battery cost was $314.33. Diagnostic and labor cost was $463.66. Service advisor Garrett Felts confirmed this was the correct diagnostic and labor cost. He also confirmed over 1 hour labor for the installation and registration of the battery. Multiple sources online reference this to be a 15-30 minute task, which includes battery registration. Steps to replace the battery (in the hood, not the boot) include: removing 4 bolts for the cover, removing 2 bolts on the left side of the battery to access the battery anchor bolt, unclog and shifting a wiring harness on the right side of the battery to access the 2nd anchor bolt, disconnecting cable, installing new battery, reverse process, and registration. I would agree that this is a 15-30 minute service, not the 1.44 hour labor cost reported.

I've done all regular service at the dealership, now I'll likely go indy for future service.

My wife and I were planning to come to the dealership within the next 2 weeks to look at a new X3 or X5 for her. But after this will be looking elsewhere.

I’d like to commend the dedication to customer service I received from McKay Parker at BMW of Murray Service Department. I was informed of a Brake Module recall on my X1, set an appointment and expected to leave my car overnight (which nobody likes) only to be notified that the work was completed in under five hours, which made my day!! Having a dealership with an outstanding service department tremendously adds to the security that you bought your car from the right place.
Well done BMW of Murray/McKay Parker!

I purchased tint for my new vehicle and was told it would take two hours to install and that I’d for sure be out the door by 11 am. They didn’t get my car to me until 5 pm. Communications about the delay were nonexistent. They did not offer a loaned vehicle. They later called to tell me I get a free oil change as part of my warranty. I explained my prior experience and told them I would bring it in if they could complete it in a reasonable time but they won’t commit to completing it in less than 2.5 hours. So, I’ll take it somewhere else.

I had my I4 in for a blown tire, and Jacob Rapp helped me out and was super friendly. I never have to worry when I go in for service and that's always a nice feeling.

The Worst Dealer and Service Experience!
I have had a few customer service issues over the years, but the most recent experience was the nail in the coffin.
I brought my car in for a warranty issue that is very well-known issue around the country (search BMW M2 CS carbon roof issue) . They took the car in and said they would get back to me that day... end of day no call, next morning I get thrown in voicemail jail and no return call that day or the next or the next.. Finally, 4 days later they contact me and denied the warranty issue based on their 'body shop managers opinion', though he said he was guessing and maybe oxidation ( also note that they did no research online to see if an issue, if they did, they would find dozens with images and video). This is a car with 2000 miles and never has spent a night outside or driven in winter.. showroom condition. They just washed their hands...

There is no other dealer group all of Utah, so if you own a a bmw and have an issue that can not be resolved with them, you are out of luck. and if you get BMW USA involved, they only speak to the local dealer and it ends there ... I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROMT THIS GROUP AGAIN, they do not stand behind their product or customers.

The service department at BMW is fantastic! I actually purchased my BMW out of state but they still cover my maintenance and basic service needs. It's quick to book online and they make it easy to drop off, even giving me a ride if needed. I had my car serviced, for the 3rd time, this last weekend. Christian went above and beyond to address my needs. I had some additional questions and he took the time to call me, after he was scheduled to be done for the day. He then texted me the information I needed, which was not at all required of him. I base my car purchases off what the experience will be like when in the future, not just the car itself. I'm at BMW fan for life because of how well I'm treated when it's time to get my car serviced.

They nickel and dime you no matter how many cars you have purchased from them. Unfortunately, they own the BMW market in Utah. I will never buy another BMW because of how poorly they treat their customers. I love BMW's but will never buy another BMW because of this Firmage family that owns BMW of Murray and all of the ways they try to take advantage of loyal customers.
