I am so happy to have been referred to this company! My friend used Bill's Comfort Systems and had rave reviews of the quality and reasonable prices of their AC and furnaces and now, so do I. Every single person I spoke with was fantastic. Their office manager/receptionist was friendly and helpful. Their Sales Rep Katie was super flexible and accommodating to my schedule. She came and talked to us about different options and made great recommendations. She had great product knowledge and was easy to work with. Today our installers arrived on time and worked diligently to make our system perfect. Thank you Ethan, Carter and Jesus for such a quality installation. They did meticulous work and I am really impressed with the outcome.
These guys were great. Jordan and Trevor came out and did a full install of both our furnaces and installed AC. Despite our house being determined to resist in every way it possibly could, our installers kept their cool (ha!) and forced it to comply. They worked hard, rarely taking any breaks. Even though the job took longer than expected (not their fault at all), they didn't rush the work, ensuring they did the job right. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
I spoke with and visited several companies to upgrade our fireplace. I was given a lot of confusing information that really didn’t mean much to me. A couple of companies showed me their brochures and said once I decided what I wanted they’d come to my home and see if that would work. Chris came to our home right off. He looked at what we had and asked a few questions about what we were looking for. He recommended a fireplace that he thought would be best for our situation and gave us a straightforward cost. None of this “extra for us to take out the old, extra for this, extra for that.” Just straightforward. We so appreciate his expertise and honest service. We are so impressed with Bill’s, we’re happy to recommend them!
