Ben diagnosed my iPad issue for free! Everyone else I called was desperate to charge me for a full screen replacement ($500) and were even going to charge for a diagnosis. Turns out it was a completely different issue that will cost me way less. No-pressure attitude, extremely responsive, polite and professional. It's so nice to know good people still exist and not just wanting your money, but genuinely there to help and provide value. I'll be taking all my device repair concerns to Ben from now on.
I am so greatful I found this place to replace my phone screen, he did an amazing job and it took him only an hour to do! He was able to get a screen for a lower budget Galaxy a35 phone which is amazing that he doesnt only work on flagship devices or Apple devices. Especially at a very reasonable cost. I bought a laptop at a yard sale and wasn't sure if it was even fixable. I took it here and he was able to get it up and running within a day. He also was in communication with me the whole time. Great service!
