The local technical support team went above and beyond to fix my connection issue. They were professional in the face of my frustrations. They were very concerned with the fact that 2 of us work from home and giving notice to when they were going to do the repair and even waited for us to be done working.

Great friendly service. Is it "country?" Yes. But "satellite" really why not be in hell with your back broke. We had to upgrade to a higher quality modem/router, works great! Friendly service buys a lot with me. If you get someone rude gang call back, chances are you'll get someone very courteous and friendly!!

This is a great little store for some electronics and all of your communication needs. Mindee is the best customer sales rep I've ever dealt with. She is very helpful and is able to juggle phone calls and customer service at the same time she has helped me with lots of projects that I needed with copying and getting things ready for presentations.
