My ac was not working could not get it to work, Ben was able to get my system up a running again very quickly he was very knowledgeable and honest!!! Nelson’s heating and air will always have my business!!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced or repaired!!
They were pretty quick to get me in when my heater went out, twice in one week. No other HVAC company in Moab would have gotten to me that quickly. Everyone I dealt with from Kenny in the office to the techs that came out were very professional and nice. I already plan on calling them come spring for my AC.
Nelson’s is my go to for service on the boiler system that operates both our radiant floor heat and on demand hot water. It’s a unique system. Each year Nelson’s does a system flush for me and anytime I have issues with the system, they come out and fix the problem. If they don’t know how to fix the problem or what the problem is, they research and learn until they figure out how to solve the problem. Super grateful for their help. Very grateful for Dustin‘s recent efforts to help repair the system rather than just saying I don’t know. Would recommend Nelson’s.
