They were pretty quick to get me in when my heater went out, twice in one week. No other HVAC company in Moab would have gotten to me that quickly. Everyone I dealt with from Kenny in the office to the techs that came out were very professional and nice. I already plan on calling them come spring for my AC.

Nelson’s is my go to for service on the boiler system that operates both our radiant floor heat and on demand hot water. It’s a unique system. Each year Nelson’s does a system flush for me and anytime I have issues with the system, they come out and fix the problem. If they don’t know how to fix the problem or what the problem is, they research and learn until they figure out how to solve the problem. Super grateful for their help. Very grateful for Dustin‘s recent efforts to help repair the system rather than just saying I don’t know. Would recommend Nelson’s.

My family has done business with Nelson’s since the 70s. We have never had a negative experience. I note that many of these reviews are oldies and I think an update is in order. Nelson’s installed both my RTU and heater for my upper level and a high-efficiency heating and cooling unit for my lower-level in my home. They recommended the best way to do this in a 1950s home with a newer addition and did the work quickly, knowledgeably and efficiently. On the occasions I have needed work in the past decades, I received same-day to same-week service, depending on the urgency and their workload.
