Gary is the guy you need in a fix! We had just arrived to our hotel in Moab on our family vacation, unloaded and were getting back in the car to get some dinner when the key wouldn't go in the ignition. I looked up locksmiths in Moab, and Gary had the top rating so I went with him. He came out about 25 minutes later, explained that what we had was a very common problem with Honda Odysseys (the pins in the ingition wearing down do the key won't enter or turn). He explained everything he'd need to do and that it would be fixed that night. He was back about an hour later and everything was perfect! Locked keys out of the car while on vacation. He came out within 1/2 hour of calling him which was pretty amazing given it was 6:45 on Sunday morning and before his published business hours. Thanks Gary! You saved the day!

While we didn’t end up needing Gary’s services, he was exceptionally helpful in answering our questions over the phone and the rates he quoted were very fair. He also mentioned there would be no charge in the unlikely event he was unable to gain entry to the home, even for an overnight/emergency call. We would absolutely recommend Gary!
